When purchasing our products you understand that they are made with natural and organic ingredients. You accept full responsibility for checking with your medical provider in that certain ingredients can interfere with medication or medical conditions.

 

Shipping Policy:

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (Business days are Monday-Friday excluding weekends and holidays) All orders processed after 3PM EST will be considered the next business day. Shipping times vary. Please refer to your tracking number to see the estimated delivery date. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier, nor do we guarantee any specific delivery dates.

Return Policy:

We are committed to excellence customer satisfaction and we thank you for shopping at debellecoiffure.com However, once an order has shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final and are not subject to a return. If you received an incorrect order please email us at debellecoiffure@gmail.com attach a photo of the items received and your order number. Please report any issues you may have with your order within 5 days of delivery to ensure proper resolution.

LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES:

De’Belle Coiffure LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES:

If a package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable, we will contact you by email or phone to verify your address. If we do not receive a response in 7 days business days (Business days are Monday-Friday excluding weekends and holidays) we will issue you a refund for the amount of the order – less the initial shipping costs. If you choose to have your package reshipped, there will be an additional reshipping fee due prior to shipping.

Cancellations:

Once an order has been submitted no cancellations can be made. We are unable to change or modify your shipping address once an order has been placed. Before you submit an order please review it for accuracy. Please contact your carrier to inquire about alternative delivery options for your package if needed.
